Methodology

The release will document source selection, collection windows, deduplication, annotation guidance, quality checks, and known blind spots.

Limitations

The dataset will represent a bounded sample, not a complete information environment. Labels may encode analyst judgement and will include version information.

Licence, ethical restrictions, and repository links will be added only when the data is ready for responsible release.
